OHOC Mastermind Sessions

Collaborate with like-minded individuals, receive constructive feedback, and gain valuable insights

We are excited to introduce the Ohio Organics Council (OHOC) Mastermind Sessions, a monthly event designed to unite our members and help them grow personally and professionally.

Our regular virtual meetings aim to keep members connected, and we encourage everyone to participate in these engaging and collaborative sessions.

During OHOC Mastermind Sessions, participants break out into 3-5 people groups and each person gets 1-2 minutes to answer three questions: Who am I? What am I doing? And presents a challenge.

The other participants then provide feedback to the challenge presented, focusing on constructive feedback. With 5 people in each group, this feedback round takes about 25-35 minutes.

The sessions end with everyone returning to the large group to share any important findings that may be relevant to the whole group and say goodbye, announcing the next meeting.

Given the forum at the beginning and the end, a mastermind session only takes about 45 minutes, making it easy to fit into busy schedules.
